Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using FlowSaver, creating a workspace, or connecting a Stripe account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service scope

FlowSaver is a software service for orchestrating Stripe-linked trial, billing, and recovery workflows. It may display Stripe-linked billing data, trigger workflow actions configured by the merchant, and store local configuration and audit records needed to operate the service. FlowSaver is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, merchant of record, or legal compliance service.

3. Stripe and third-party dependencies

FlowSaver depends on Stripe and other third-party infrastructure to function. By connecting Stripe, you authorize FlowSaver to access and use the Stripe objects reasonably required to operate your configured flows, including:

  • Products, prices, customers, subscriptions, invoices, payment intents, and setup intents.
  • Stripe webhook events needed for payment state, recovery, and billing automation.
  • Checkout or hosted billing flows initiated from your workspace configuration.

Stripe services remain subject to Stripe's own terms, policies, and operational availability.

4. Accounts and workspace security

You are responsible for the users you authorize to access your workspace, for the security of your login credentials, and for actions taken from your account. If you believe your workspace or connected Stripe account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at hi@flowsaver.app.

5. Merchant responsibilities

You remain responsible for:

  • Providing accurate product, pricing, trial, renewal, and cancellation disclosures to customers.
  • Configuring plans, timing, retries, recovery links, and billing rules correctly.
  • Handling customer support, refunds, disputes, taxes, and regulated payment obligations.
  • Complying with Stripe's agreements, network rules, and laws that apply to your business.
  • Reviewing the effect of any automation before using it in a live billing flow.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use FlowSaver to:

  • Process unlawful transactions or support fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive billing practices.
  • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass configured restrictions.
  • Upload or transmit content, metadata, or customer information you are not permitted to use.
  • Misrepresent FlowSaver as providing legal, tax, banking, or card-network compliance approval.

7. Fees, pilots, and commercial terms

Unless separate pricing or order terms are agreed in writing, FlowSaver may be offered in pilot, beta, or evaluation form. Paid features, usage limits, or support commitments may be introduced or changed by published pricing, a subscription agreement, or another written commercial arrangement.

8. Data handling and deletion

FlowSaver stores only the local data needed to operate the workspace, such as configuration, audit events, and monitored billing records. Workspace owners may request deletion of FlowSaver-local data or use in-product deletion controls when available. Deleting a FlowSaver workspace does not delete records stored in Stripe or in the merchant's own systems.

9. Availability and changes

FlowSaver may change features, APIs, dependencies, or availability over time. We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product changes. We do not commit to uninterrupted availability or to preserving every feature in its current form.

10. No guaranteed outcomes

FlowSaver is intended to help merchants run billing workflows with more structure and visibility. It does not guarantee any specific uplift in conversion, recovery rate, authorization rate, churn, or revenue. Outcomes depend on merchant configuration, customer behavior, issuer decisions, and third-party service availability.

11. Warranty disclaimer and liability limits

FlowSaver is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowSaver is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to service use, Stripe downtime, issuer decisions, webhook failures, configuration errors, or merchant-side misuse.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, if use creates legal or operational risk, or if the service is discontinued. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including data, liability, and payment-related provisions.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hi@flowsaver.app.
